    Terms of SERVICE

    BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THIS ARTIST, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS WRITTEN BELOW● reference must be provided.
    ● I reserve the right to decline any work that I deem incompatible to my style or find uncomfortable.
    ● I reserve the right to stream / post all stages of the process of the commissioned piece.    PAYMENTS
    ● payments will be sent by invoice by me, tips are non-refundable.
    ● pay via paypal (in USD).
    ● payments must be made in full at the time of your request being accepted.
    ● price may increase depending on the detail of the piece.    REVISIONS
    ● I will send 2 updates (sketch & lineart) where changes can be made, once colouring as begun no revisions are allowed.    DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
    ● depending on the piece being worked on & the details, it can take anywhere from a few days to a few months.
    ● the longest you can be expected to wait once your requested has been accepted, is up to 3 months unless discussed otherwise.    USE
    ● unless discussed otherwise, the client agrees that this is strictly for personal use & does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.    PERSONAL USE INCLUDES
    • social media profile pictures or banners.
    • personal use of phone or computer wallpaper.
    • personal prints / products that are not for sale or distribution to another party.    ● if the client wants to use the commissioned artwork commercially it MUST be discussed upfront.
    ● commercial fee may apply & will vary depending on the usage of the artwork.    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    ● if commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books, stickers, etc.
    ● I will be able to use this piece in portfolios & showcase my work (with credit).
    ● client may not modify or change the work without the consent of the artist.
    ● client may not claim the work as their own and therefore must credit the artist using their social tag / username / link.
    ● to make sure youre actually reading this if you tell me the word curry udon you will get 10$ off your commission.
    ● commission cannot be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes) such usage is completely prohibited & may result in legal action taken.    REFUNDS
